About Paul

Paul's journey in real estate began long before he became a licensed agent. In 1992, he entered the world of corporate real estate, where he spent years advising leading national retail brands on their growth and site selection strategies. This experience, coupled with his hands-on roles in the restaurant industry and small business ownership, gave him an insider's understanding of what makes a property or a business truly valuable.

Seeking to apply this strategic expertise to help individuals and business owners directly, Paul became a licensed Realtor® in 2012 and advanced to an Associate Broker in 2019. His background as a consultant, business owner, and investor provides him with unparalleled insight into the financial and practical details of every transaction.

Paul’s approach is further strengthened by his formal education, including an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Denver and a Marketing degree from Michigan State University. Today, he specializes in residential and luxury homes, condominiums, commercial properties, and business brokerage.

Alongside his partner, Julie, Paul is building a team of professionals dedicated to making the real estate process seamless and transparent, ensuring their clients can act with confidence.
